CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT
As a Customer Service Agent you will be providing support by phone and email to customers, dealing with potential hardware and software issues. You will try to diagnose and resolve the problem either through personal knowledge or by using the various available solutions. Another function of this role will be answering queries with regards to promotions, pre – sales and marketing.
